So I am absolutely chuffed to bits that I have managed to convince and lure another guest writer at ‘The Sports Physio’. I’m even more chuffed that I have been able to convince one as well-respected and recognised as Ian Griffiths a highly specialised Sports Podiatist. Ian has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things foot, ankle and lower limb injury wise, his full bio can be found here, he also has an excellent blog that’s well worth reading here and he is an absolute must follow on Twitter where he regularly gives out free advice and tips.
